We Manufacturer and Sell Three Levels of Water Recycling Systems
Photos of Each are Shown Below.

The "Ever Green" System

The Commercial "Clearly Green" System

Another "Ever Green" System

The Affordable "Go Green" System

"From Shower to Garden"
This sequence follows the water on it's journey through our Ever Green and Clearly Green Systems.

Gravity Sump Tanks

Gravity sumps collect water from chosen sources, then pump it to the filter array

This sump is located in the crawl space underneath the house

This one is outside in a cinder block vault

In the corner of a basement

At the Yamashiro Restaurant, a 200 gallon sump is used to handle the huge inflow of water being recycled.

The Filter Array

The five stage Filter Array removes debris particles

The array is versatile in mounting location.  Here's our proto type system tucked under a backyard deck

Ed Begley, Jr., proud owner of System No. 5.  Ed's filters are mounted on his garage (man cave) wall.

Mounted on the back wall of a garage

The Yamashiro System, No. 9, processes over 800 gallons daily

System No. 1 for Steve and Beth Welch, true Gray Water Recycling Pioneers

Inside the Filter Housings

Reusable micron bags trap debris particles

Anthracite removes smaller particles

Activated Coconut Carbon Filters give clarity and remove odor

Ultra Violet Disinfection

Ultimate state of the art chemical free bacteria disinfection

Like the filter array, the UV chamber is versatile in it's mounting location

To better illustrate function, this lamp is illuminated outside the chamber

Storage Tanks

Tanks come in all styles and configurations

Pressure Tank and "On Demand" Delivery Pump

On demand pump delivers water to irrigation system

How's it Work?
The pump fills the delivery pipe system with water.  When the pressure reaches 50 psi a regulator turns off the pump.  The system is now "pressurized" and ready to deliver water on demand.  Inside the pressure tank is a large air bladder, now fully compressed by the water.
When water is needed the air bladder expands pushing the water to supply the demand.  If the demand is short term (filling a toilet tank) the bladder has adequate push to supply the need without the pump turning on.  If the demand is long term (irrigation) the pressure regulator 'reads' the pressure drop, when it reaches 30 psi the pump turns on to re-pressurize the system back up to 50 psi.

Filter Housing Interior

Anthracite and Carbon Filter Housings Under Pressure

When pressure gages reach pre-determined differential readings, service may be required.

Stainless Steel Liquid Filled Pressure Gage

Only the most durable, highest quality components are used.

When the storage tank is low, a float switch activates an inflow of municipal water to maintain automatic operation

Underground Connection to Irrigation System

Below ground there's a maze of irrigation pipes connecting watering zones.  While it may look confusing, it's relatively simple to "cap off" the municipal water supply and connect the recycled water delivery line.
